John Cutshall is founder of Fortuity Realty, LLC, based in Louisville CO.
John graduated from CU, Boulder and began his career in the late 1980’s. Although many years were spent working in I.T and Product Development and Marketing, John always had an involvement in Real Estate.
After a number of successful fix-n-flips, fix-n-rents, and home remodels, John took the step of becoming a Colorado Certified Real Estate Agent in 2013.
The next step was to bring this experience to a new company, Fortuity Realty, LLC.
Broad experience allows John to problem solve and find innovative solutions to issues. Living abroad for a year in each of Germany and Japan were not just great experiences, but also developed a sense of understanding of complexities of communication.
Being involved in I.T. for over 20 years gave a very different understanding of the complexities of seemingly straight forward situations.
Outside of the professional arena, John enjoys a variety of hobbies. John has competed twice in the Regional level of the World Long Drive competition, ran two marathons, finished the Triple Bypass, caught a 22 inch Rainbow Trout in the Blue River, and he rides a Triumph Scrambler. John is a native English speaker, is proficient in German, and is learning Portuguese.
